ClubDraw is a sports club lottery platform. Because it involves a regulated activity (small-society lotteries), we collect additional information:
See our Responsible Play page for spending limits, self-exclusion, and support resources (GamCare, BeGambleAware).

ClubHouse is a free app for following grassroots sports clubs across the UK and Ireland. It is operated by LMH Group Ventures Ltd and shares infrastructure with ClubDraw.
If you register as a club official, we may contact you about other LMH Group products that are relevant to clubs — notably ClubDraw. You can opt out of these communications at any time from your account settings. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Registered LMH Group sales reps have access to a leads dashboard that includes club officials who have identified themselves. Divot is a golf ecosystem including a marketplace, swing analysis, and social features.
Swing analysis uses on-device vision models and a server-side coaching layer powered by Anthropic's Claude API. Video frames sent to the AI are processed under Anthropic's data handling terms and are not used for model training.

Pippin is a peer-to-peer marketplace for Apple devices. Because the platform is built around device authenticity, we collect additional technical information to support our Trust Stack checks.
IMEI and serial numbers are checked against public and partner databases to detect stolen devices and confirm activation lock status. We may share these identifiers with our verification partners solely for authenticity checks. We don't sell them and we don't use them for advertising.
Pippin is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Apple Inc. "Apple", "iPhone", "iPad", "Mac", "Apple Watch", and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc., referenced here only to describe the devices traded on the platform.

These terms are an agreement between you and LMH Group Ventures Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (collectively "we", "us", "our"). They apply to every application, website, and service we operate.
To use most features of our apps, you'll need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials safe, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account.
You must be at least 13 to use our services generally. Some apps require a higher minimum age (see the app-specific terms below).
You agree not to:
Where a feature or app is paid, we tell you the price clearly before you commit. Payments are processed by regulated providers (Apple, Google, Ryft, or Stripe as appropriate). VAT is included in UK-facing prices unless stated otherwise.
Statutory rights to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations apply where relevant. Digital content is generally not refundable once accessed, but we may refund at our discretion for technical faults or other good reasons.
We own (or have licensed) all the intellectual property in our apps, including brand names, logos, interfaces, and underlying code. You keep ownership of anything you upload to our services, but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and process it as needed to run the service.
If you post content (listings, messages, videos, comments), you confirm you have the right to share it and that it isn't unlawful, infringing, or harmful. We may remove content we consider in breach of these terms. We don't actively monitor user content but will act on reports.
We provide our apps "as is." We don't guarantee they'll be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate. For consumer users, nothing in these terms limits rights you have under UK consumer law.
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses. Our aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the greater of £100 or the total amount you paid us in that period. None of this limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that can't be limited in law.
You can close your account at any time from within the app. We can suspend or end your access if you materially breach these terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud, or if we're required to by law. We'll give reasonable notice where we can.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app and by email where we hold one. Continued use after notification means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence applies.

ClubDraw is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. LMH Group Ventures Ltd is a technology provider only — we are not a lottery operator, do not hold any gambling licence, and are not responsible for the operation of any lottery. The promoter of each lottery is the sports club that has registered to use ClubDraw.
Each club is solely responsible for ensuring it operates its lottery in full compliance with applicable law, including the UK Gambling Act 2005, and for maintaining any required small society lottery registration with its local licensing authority. ClubDraw provides the tools; the club runs the lottery.
ClubDraw is available to UK-based clubs and their members only. By using ClubDraw, you confirm you are based in the United Kingdom.
Play only with money you can afford. Set deposit limits, take breaks, or self-exclude at any time from your account settings. Free, confidential support is available from GamCare (gamcare.org.uk) and BeGambleAware (begambleaware.org).
HomeGrant provides information about home energy grants based on details you share with us. We do our best to keep grant information accurate and current, but we don't administer the grants themselves. Your eligibility and the grant amount are ultimately determined by the grant provider.
The one-off report fee is for the report and free lifetime updates tied to the property you entered. Purchases are non-transferable. Refunds within 14 days are at our discretion if the report contains no meaningful eligibility results.
The Divot marketplace is peer-to-peer. LMH Group Ventures Ltd is not party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We provide the platform, identity and payment processing, and dispute-handling services, and we charge a buyer protection fee on completed sales. Listings must comply with our marketplace rules, which are shown in-app.
Pippin is a peer-to-peer marketplace for Apple devices. LMH Group Ventures Ltd is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers; we provide the platform, verification checks, payment processing, and dispute-handling services.
We charge a buyer protection fee of 8% on completed sales, shown clearly at checkout. This funds our dispute process and verification infrastructure.
Our Trust Stack runs automated checks on listings, including IMEI validation, activation lock status, and battery health readings supplied by the seller. These checks are best-effort and based on the data available at the time of listing. They do not constitute a guarantee of authenticity or condition.
Pippin Verified is an optional paid physical verification service (currently £15 per item). A verified listing indicates that the device has been physically inspected by our team against a defined checklist. Verification is limited to the scope of that checklist and is not a warranty or insurance.
You may only list devices you own and have the right to sell. Stolen devices, devices still linked to another Apple ID, devices with unresolved finance agreements, and counterfeit or cloned devices are strictly prohibited. We may remove listings and suspend accounts where we reasonably suspect a breach of these rules, and we may report suspected stolen devices to the relevant authorities.
Pippin Pro is an optional subscription (currently £4.99 per month) offering priority listing placement and additional seller tools. Subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings or through your App Store or Google Play subscription management, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a 14-day right to cancel a digital subscription. If you ask us to start the subscription within that period and confirm you're waiving the cancellation right in relation to content already provided, the right may be lost for services already delivered. Refunds outside the statutory cooling-off period are at our discretion.
Sellers may pay to feature a listing for additional visibility (currently £2.99 per feature). Featured placements are clearly labelled. The fee is non-refundable once the listing has gone live, other than where required by law.
Pippin is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Apple Inc. Apple trademarks are used only to describe the devices traded on the platform.

Playing a club lottery should be fun and support your club — not something that causes you harm. If it ever stops being fun, free help is always available.
These warning signs suggest gambling might be becoming a problem:
We're a small, founder-led team in Wales building a portfolio of mobile and web apps. Every venture grows faster with the right people alongside us — on the road, on the ground, and behind the scenes.
Self-employed reps earning uncapped commission by onboarding clubs, installers, businesses, and venues onto our apps.
Installers, brokers, agents, and platforms that can refer users into our apps and earn on every qualified lead or sale.
Deeper commercial relationships where our product complements yours — data sharing, white label, co-branded features, or joint go-to-market.
Run your club lottery, list your trade, claim your venue, or become a verified partner on the apps you already care about.
We occasionally bring in freelance talent for short, well-scoped pieces of work — design, legal, accounting, compliance, and niche engineering.
We're self-funded today. If you know our sectors well and want to back a portfolio operator at ground level, we'll always take the call.
One email, straight to the founder. Brief us in a few sentences — your background, which opportunity fits, and where you're based. We reply within two working days.
partnerships@lmhgroupltd.com →Every relationship starts with a short conversation — no NDAs, no lengthy forms. If the fit's right, we move to a simple written agreement (usually 2–3 pages) covering scope, commercials, and termination. No surprise clauses, no 12-month exclusivities unless you want one.
Payments run through Starling Business. Reps and affiliates are paid monthly in arrears. Partnership revenue share is typically settled quarterly with a reconciliation statement.
We're not a faceless platform — you'll deal directly with the founder until we're big enough to justify someone else. That's a feature, not a bug.
LMH Group Ventures Ltd is a UK holding company based in Wales, building a portfolio of mobile and web applications across sport, property, construction, finance, and marketplace categories. Active apps include ClubDraw, HomeGrant, and Divot, with more in development.
Prefer to call? Email first and we'll set up a time that works — we keep diary time for genuine conversations.
The Build Lab is our in-house programme for people with a genuine app idea and no way to build it. We design, develop, and launch the app — and incorporate the company behind it — at no cash cost to you, in exchange for an equity share.
You send us your idea in 200 words. We reply within 5 working days — yes, no, or needs more detail.
A short call to pressure-test the idea, your domain expertise, and the commercial shape. We agree terms and sign.
We design the product, develop the MVP, and build the brand. You stay close — reviewing, testing, and steering.
We incorporate the company under LMH Group Ventures, submit to the stores, and go live. Day 90, your app is real.
We agree a clear launch definition up front — submitted to the App Store, company registered, branding live. If we miss, the agreement ends. You owe us nothing, and you're free to take the idea elsewhere.
The clock pauses only for things you control — App Store review delays, waiting on your feedback, or scope changes you request. Otherwise the 90 days are on us.
We've never missed. We don't plan to. But you deserve the protection in writing.
You don't pay us in cash. We share equity in the new company instead, which means our interests stay aligned long after launch.
The exact split is negotiated per project and depends on the complexity of the build, your ongoing involvement, and the commercial shape of the opportunity. We're not looking to own the whole thing — we're looking for fair partners.
Every Build Lab company is set up as a subsidiary of LMH Group Ventures Ltd, giving you the operational backing of a group with live apps, live customers, and live revenue — but with your idea and your name at the heart of it.
Vesting, buyout options, exit rights, and founder protections are all covered in the agreement. No shock clauses, no 100-page contracts — just a plain-English deal both sides can sign with confidence.
Keep it short. If the idea's good, we'll know in a paragraph. Send your pitch to the inbox below, using the template as a starting point — it helps us reply faster.
Fair concern. Before you send details we're happy to sign a short NDA — ask in your first email. That said, we're a portfolio business with nine apps already in development; we're not short of ideas. We're short of the right people to partner with.
No. You bring the idea and the domain expertise. We bring the technology. A willingness to learn the basics (so you can give useful product feedback) is helpful but not required.
The company keeps running. You're a co-founder with ongoing equity. We continue to operate the platform infrastructure, handle support tooling, and provide commercial and technical input. You focus on growing your product and your users.
Yes — a buyout mechanism is written into every Build Lab agreement, with a fair valuation formula agreed up front. If the business scales and you want to take it fully in-house, there's a clear path to doing so.
Yes — in fact, many of the best Build Lab candidates will. Our founder does exactly the same, running the group alongside a day job in construction. As long as you can commit meaningful time regularly, that's workable.
We'll tell you honestly why, and where we can, point you at other ways to get it built. No is not a final verdict — ideas that weren't right for us this year may well be right for us next year.
